Hello, I’m Katie, your local utilities expert.

I’m originally from Derbyshire, but in 2010 I moved to the Isle of Eigg, where I spent 8 wonderful years before relocating to Fort William in 2018. Living in remote and rural communities gave me a real understanding of how important reliable and affordable utilities are to everyday life.

I’ve worked in the energy and utilities industry for many years, and my passion is helping people make sense of their bills, suppliers, and contracts. The world of utilities can feel confusing, full of jargon and small print – but that’s where I step in. I take the complicated “lingo” and translate it into clear, straightforward advice, so you feel confident and in control.
